So, my mom is elderly and suffers dementia - she flushed her underwear down the toilet. Ugh!! What a mess. It was a Saturday and we absolutely had to have it unplugged ASAP.\r

I called Roto-Rooter and in less than an hour a very friendly and understanding young man showed up at the front door. In a very short period of time the toilet was unplugged!!! What a HUGE RELIEF!!!!!!!\r

My experience was fast, friendly and professional. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND ROTO-ROOTER.
