I'm totally shocked ... my experience with this company was beyond disappointing! My carpets were left sopping wet, rugs were left outside on my driveway and I ended up spending 3 hours using my own Hoover Steam Cleaner to pick the excess water up that was left behind. The dirty water, pet hair and other debris that my machine picked up was nothing short of APPAULING! When I notified the owner and operator, Scott Hamilton about my disappointment with his service (via e-mail the next day), I was harassed, bullied and even threatened! I made sure to include photographs of the filth that my machine picked up and was made to feel like I doctored the photos! Seriously? Don't we have anything better to do with my time? RIDICULOUS! And as if that wasn't enough, this man burned up my phone ... calling me at least 50 times a day at the law office where I work! As well, he sent me one nasty e-mail after another and even threatened to stalk me at my residence! In a nutshell, the owner, Scott Hamilton is a rude, arrogant and ABUSIVE SOCIOPATH! He doesn't know the first thing about customer service ~ period. At no point did he ever take responsibility for the poor job that he did. Nor did he ever apologize or offer to correct the problems! I'D WARN ANYONE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY TO THINK AGAIN. TRUST ME, YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT! I'd venture to say that he is the sole author of any favorable reviews you might come across. By the way, today is day 2 of Scott Hamilton's abusive behavior. He continues to harass me by phone and e-mail. I guess he's so busy with his 700 clients that he's had two SOLID days to harass me? ... NOTTTTT!!!!! Restaining order, COMING RIGHT UP!!!!
