these people are slumlords.
422 main street in lodi is disgusting.
the location itself is filled with crazy, invasive, unforgiving people.
The maintenance man is well into his 60's and a belligerent drunk! He doesnt use the right materials nor does the right work.
They threaten their tenets when things arent as they want.
They harass tenets when they dont feel like complying with any terms or requests.
i suggest staying away from not only orchard realty who lied to me about things in the location but i'd avoid anything run operated or owned by the Conte family!!!
Pros: cheap
Cons: everything else from leaks to faulty work in the location.
