Lets start out by saying that if you are looking for an apartment and are tired of bad results, services that charge 50 to 100 dollars for email listings that stink and being dissapointed by apartment listings that just dont cut it. You then need to call Orchard Realty!
My wife and I cannot tell you enough how pleased we are by the service we received from Patrice!
We wound up calling Orchard after a very dissapointing day of apartment viewings. At first I really wanted to stay away from fees because it can be alot but let me tell you it was soooo worth it.
Patrice was more than happy to meet us on very short notice and after describing what we were looking for took us right out to see the beautiful apartment that we are moving into.
After seeing the apartment we went back signed a lease and the rest is history.
Furthermore Patrice has followed up on every question we have had. Way above and beyond what is expected.
Thank you for helping us find the first and last apartment we will ever have. If Orchard has house listings believe me we will be back when making that next step!
