Review content:
I stopped by the store shortly before Christmas to pick up a gift for a family member. The item I requested was behind the counter and required assistance from an employee. (I believe his name was Nate) He grabbed the item off the shelf and threw it across the counter to me. He them walked away without saying a word. I immediately noticed that it was not the exact item I was looking for. Nate stood approximately 5 feet from me staring at something in a catalog. He could tell I was still standing there but had no intention of helping me get what I needed. It took another employee to walk up and finally get me what I needed.
