Do not use this company, they only sought gain from our loss! My wife got into an accident in Addison yesterday and was taken to the Elmhurst hospital. We went to the police department to find out were they had towed the vehicle. It was towed by Bloomingdale Towing for $125, we went to the bank and pulled out $125. We got there and were informed that there was a $40 ""shrink wrapping"" fee, $5 fuel surcharge, and a $45 flatbed fee. The car was totaled and was not drivable. We had hoped to get something for it since the $125 fee was due no matter what decision we made (all other charges would be ""waived"" in exchange for the title). They only added more stress to an already traumatic day. The employees were inhospitable at best, making it clear their only concern was what they could gain from our loss. Insisting more charges would be added if we wanted to remove the car. They were greedy and dishonorable, I do not recommend this company for any reason.
