To bad there are not zero stars.
Great place to deal with if you like excuses and being billed for canceled orders.
I placed an order for VERY common RC car parts that they showed as being in stock on a Friday. Monday I get an email saying they were bringing in some items from another warehouse but it should ship the next day (Tues).
I called the next day when no shipment notice was received and was told it would ship the following day (Wed).
Near the end of the business day on Wed I called to check the status and they simply could not tell me the state of my order or which parts were causing the hold up. I canceled the order at that time.
Thursday they post a transaction on my credit card for the full amount of the canceled order.
The pattern of showing things in-stock on their website and the needing to bring it in from another warehouse seems to be a pattern with them. I honesty believe that if their supplier shows it in stock so does their website even thought do not have it on hand.
