Review content:
I have taken my children to funquest for nearly 10 years and have always left satisified. All of this has changed when I was accused of stealing admission. The owner charged me for two extra admission tickets and accused me of lying to him when I brought it to his attention. Instead of him simply refunding me my money that he stole, he went on saying that he had to take my word and count his bands. Well I got very offended and upset. I told him I was not having that and that I was very offended. Well we got into an argument and I left. He then followed me outside and told me not to come back! That was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL... He went on to say that since I was so upset that I must have stolen the two admissions. Let me ask you something, if someone accused you of stealing are you still going to be happy (fluffy land - I call it) and accept that. NOT ME! So when he told me not to come back, I told him that I had a birthday party scheduled for two weeks and give me my money back. Then I asked him to count the bands so that he could see that he actually stole from me and who knows who else. Is this a standard practice of this company? Needless to say I had to cancel my son's birthday party and we will be going somewhere else. We also will not be going to this facility again.. So do not get mad if you don't see my kids there if you have a party cause we are not going to spend our money (which is green) for such an owner that does such horrible things as this.
Pros: Good Place for your kids to play
