Review content:
I first discovered Three French Hens at the Covington, Kentucky Holiday Market. Beautiful pieces and clothing. I was excited because they were local. I purchased a long sleeve white lace shirt and a gray short sleeve t-shirt to wear over it. The quote on the back of the t-shirt, ""Live with no regrets."" The gray die from the shirt not only stained my skin for 3 days, it completely ruined the lace shirt, not to mention my personal under garment. On Saturday December 20th I went to their Ft. Thomas store with the hopes of an exchange and the hopes of being a valued customer. The young clerk at the counter contacted the owner. I was informed that there was nothing that they could do for me. I could send it back to the maker myself. NO EXCHANGE. What a terrible disappointment. If an exchange would have been made, I had planned on spending more money. My regret thinking I had found a new shop and thinking my money was appreciated their. A $65 exchange for them could have meant a valued customer.
Pros: The professional employee.
Cons: Thumbs down on valued customer service.
