I was out of town when my elderly parent's furnace wouldn't start-up on an intermittent basis, and unfortunately I didn't know to call Siemer first.
After throwing away several hundreds of dollars on a local competitor who racked-up bills replacing parts on the old furnace (it ended up being an intermittently stuck switch), I decided it was financially prudent to explore prices on a new furnace and AC.
It's not easy for me to get out to my parent's house, so I sent out a request for quote to a number of local HVAC contractors and compared the bids apples to apples. Al graciously bid on it sight-unseen and had the quote back to me in 24 hours. Price was highly competitive but more importantly, when I followed up with Al and asked specific questions, he was up-front about everything and I didn't get the feeling he was trying to cut corners or try and skimp in places. So I awarded the job to Siemer and I am happy with the result.
The installation of the new furnace is top-notch and the additional tasks that I asked Al to include were happily completed by the technicians when they arrived to do the work.
Siemer operates an HONEST business with capable and friendly technicians and I highly recommend them... I wish I would have known about them sooner!
