It was two days before Thanksgiving and I was in the process of getting the house in order and starting to prepare for the Holiday gathering and dinner. My husband noticed a smell in our basement and he discovered a back-up in the main drain in our garage. He was leaving on business and could not be around to take of the problem. I called for a plumber at roto-rooter in pittsburgh and they told me someone could be out in 2 hours to fix the problem. Initially, i thought it would take several days to have asomeone come out and that would have ruined our Thanksgiving Day plans. Their plunber called and showed up within 2 hours and the problem was fixed withing 45 minutes. The main sere was cleared and the problem was solved. I could get back to my holiday preperations with no worries. Thanks roto-rooter for savings my holiday plans an dresponding in a quick and professional manner.
