We live in a PITTSBURGH suburb, Mt. Lebanon. The PLUMBER arrived promptly within the window he promised and replaced the bathtub faucets with the new ones he purchased before coming over to our home. The week before, he visited our house and gave us a free estimate for the repairs, telling us we could choose the rebuild kit ourselves to save some money. Unfortunately, I picked up the wrong kit. He was very kind and waited in his truck while we returned the wrong merchandise to Lowe's. After we told him neither Lowe's nor Home Depot carried it, he felt bad for us and told us he would be at our house Monday morning with the correct rebuild kit. He patiently answered all our questions and gave us tips on how to conserve water. He was very professional, patient, and courteous. Thank you for a job well done!
