Review content:
I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement from Flowers By David that was to be delivered the Saturday before Mother's Day and was not. A day later I ldiscovered that the delivery was made to an incorrect address in error and left on their porch overnight because residents happened to be away. The neighbor nicely returned the flowers to the proper location on the afternoon of Mother's Day and I was pleased to be told that although slightly weathered, the arrangement was stunning and unique. The flower shop, however, did not seem to feel that this delivery mishap was an issue and the owner (I believe) did not assume immediate accountability. I totally get that things happen, however, I actually had to ask him to ""just be fair"" which was more about the principal than the $12 concession towards the already paid fee. I'd love to refer business to them due to the quality of the floral arrangement, but wouldn't want any friends or family of mine to handled poorly. Pros: Pretty Floral Arrangement Cons: 1st Service Experience Was Poor
