Review content:
Our chimney was victim to the ""stack effect"" and not drawing properly. Sasse Chimney had proposed to extend the chimney height and install a smoke guard in order to reduce the downward air pressure. The job was supposed to completed before Christmas 2007. Unfortunately due to weather, we had to reschedule the job a few times. Each time it was necessary to do so, Sasse made no attempt to contact us, we had to call them and reschedule based on their availability. During this time, Sasse had also increased the price by 67%.
