This is THE most convenient and helpful nursery for ANY area gardener. The Sweet Peas' staff prides itself on supporting local farmers and ecology by carrying greenery from (Sweet Home) Alabama. The quantity and quality of their flowers, herbs, annuals and perennials will delight the seasoned gardener as-well-as inspire any botanically challenged individuals to dig in. Also enjoyable and helpful is the very tiny yet perfectly arranged giftshop which has EVERYTHING you-never-knew you needed..handmade glass nightlights, handmade pottery almost too pretty to put a plant in, plant pixies you'll swear are real, and that perfect gift for ANY holiday for that IMPOSSIBLE to-buy-for loved one. It's all here!!! You can pull up to the door and be quick or hang out and take in the beauty..ALL without leaving the city or hitting the highway.
Pros: easy parking, super staff and plant/gift selection, IN TOWN..NO highways to deal with
