I have used CLE since they opened on many different cars I have owned.
They have always five me good service and don't pressure sell me because I told their Manager NOT to do this to me. I even let them change the oil on my Corvette and they have no issue with me watching.
One guy did error on my 04 MINI Cooper. The MCs have an odd oil filter housing and somehow the tech nicked the gasket........I lost all the oil in 24 hours but caught the problem before it was driven. Just a messs in my garage.........but CLE reimbursed me for the issue.
I still use them and will continue to until I have reason not to.
9/09: I have noted more pressure to buy additional services and a less friendly attitude the last few times I have used CLE. I am sorry to see this at a shop I have used for many years.
