Went here and they had a long line ahead of me. The guy that took my information down while I was waiting was the biggest jerk I have met. He got really rude with me when I asked what the expected wait time was. He put the flyer under my windshield wiper and then stalked off. After they took a customer into the bay who drove up AFTER ME I decided to go elsewhere for my oil change. When I drove away the flyer came off my window and landed in the parking lot. I was immediately called by the red haired worker who then left a NASTY voicemail telling me I was a piece of SH*T and to never return to the store again. I contacted the owners who told me they didnt care. I have boycotted this company ever since and also the Chevron on walker they are next to. I do about 6 oil changes per year on my car and 4 on my wifes. That is over $200 a year they will never get from my family again. And the Chevron next to them lost abotu $6,000 a year in fill up revenue from me as well. To top it off the previous oil change I did with them 2 months prior they stripped the oil pan bolt and screwed up the threading on my oil pan so I had to have it redrilled. DO NOT SHOP HERE OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER LOCATIONS THEY ARE RUDE AND DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
