My hubby and I decided to take our little girl to play with the puppies at this location last week. (This location has better smelling dogs than the Fairfield Commons dogs). Well we go in and see the one that we want to play with. The girl tells my husband, ""that the he has been out alot today and unless we're serious in buying him we can't play with him"". I thought that was kind of strange seeing how we sat in the lobby across from the store for 20 minutes while our daughter ate her Chick-A-Fila. They didn't have hardly anyone going inside. So another person comes in and asks to see a different dog and she says the exact same thing to them. If someone was thinking about buying a dog they just blew it. So what if people come in there just to play with the puppies, you have no idea who is willing to buy one after being charmed by it. Well I won't ever purchase a dog from this location either. Their district manager needs to sit down and have a long discussion with this location and Fairview Commons because both need a lot of work.
