OH MY, MY, MY! The most incompetent staff! I scheduled 4, and they'd only see 1. I rescheduled 3 and they'd only see 2. I scheduled 2 immunizations and they refused one. Despite seeing the warning letter from school, they said it wasn't needed. It's like my son's the first immunization they've ever had! Now he's getting suspended 'cause this one's a 7th grade mandatory immunization! I try to reschedule and they say ""in a month"" meaning my son misses a month of school? When they overbooked my daughter, she's coming in 3 days but they refuse to give my son his shot at the same time. I've worked at Dr. offices and this is no big deal (apparently these people are holding jobs slightly above their maximum potential).
