I've been going to the East Street Cleaners for almost seven years, so I thought I'd finally write them a review! I've have tried out many different cleaners and, hands down, this seamstress, Susan, is the best in town! I go to her all the time to get my pants hemmed/restitched and my dresses altered. She does an amazing job everytime. She totally knows what she's doing. Also, they are better at removing stains than anywhere else I've been to. Consistently delivers my clothes on-time. Apparently, Susan and James have been in the dry cleaning business for over 25 yrs, and their experience shows in the quality of service. Great prices that haven't budged in the five years I've been going there. I'd highly recommend this place!
Pros: Excellent customer service, prices, and consistently on-time. Very friendly and willing to meet customer's needs.
