In his Men's Group, I set a goal of running a company that would contribute greatly to the success of its employees while its employees contributed greatly to the business' success. When I was ready to give up and take a job just to have a job, Dino kept challenging me to be the gift that he saw I could be in running a business. Now I am not only running a business that is having a dramatic positive impact on its 35 employees and their families, they are having a dramatic positive impact on me and on the owner of the company. I have a job that I love, working with people that I love!\r

I'd also spent years regretting the pain I caused my former wife by cheating on her, and regretting the end of a marriage to a woman who loved me more than I realized. Through my work with Dino, I freed myself from those regrets and re-focused on the woman I now love. I am delighted by a whole new level of fun, passion, and intense emotion in our relationship!\r
