I have been in and out of therapy for about 9 or so years, I have struggled with all these emotions and issues that I thought would NEVER go away!..I was never happy with the therapy that I receieved in the past, I felt like I wasn't solving anything, we were just talking in ""circles"".
Although I have only had one EMDR session with Dino, I feel there has been a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I let go and expressed years of emotions that were weighing me down and keeping me from enjoying life. I plan on continuing my sessions and definitely recommend EMDR. ...I am happy to say I finally found what I was looking for in a therapist!...
