Review content:
We are trying to get this company to do some warranty work and they will not respond to our numerous requests to replace a tree that died after it was planted in 2007. They failed to tell us the designer left 6 months ago despite repeated calls asking for him. Now we cannot get any response from the company...the website claims we get a full warranty...we have yet to see any action. They are completely ignoring us.
