I agree with the other post from ""chalky""....even though its years later - nothing has changed from what he said. Global Imports in Atlanta treats you like you're an illegal alien, and then they act as if they are doing you a favor by taking your money. Personally, I've even been charged for work to fix something, and found out later that it was not fixed. They have service representatives with condescending attitudes, and I've heard their employees make some VERY derogatory remarks about some customers. Don't trust them.
Cons: Condescending attitudes, slow customer service, selectively treats customers okay.
