I had the worst experience ever today at Global. Aside from the rude people, there was absolutely no customer service. It was my first time at Global because of the horrible service I received at BMW of South Atlanta. In a nutshell, Frankie, a Service Advisor told me that he was too busy to check me out. Worst of all, they damaged my car. It looks like they backed into something about 3 times. There was no ""I'm sorry"". After they fix my car, I will never go back again. It's not worth the trouble.
