I had to replace a customers key. The dealership handled this lost key with the most idiotic manor. They tried to slimjim both doors damaging the interiors. Then after not being able to open them these ""professionals"" taped the window and used a sledge hammer to break the window!!! Now keep in mind that the window is tempered glass!!! That is like setting off an explosion inside the door. They then charged My company for all of these repairs!!!!! When I asked why our company had to pay for their mistakes I was told that the car wasn't going to leave their property until it was paid for!!! I think that in all seriousness I may instruct my staff of over 50+ Valet's and parking attendants to not accept any vehicles that have Global Import license plate covers due to their ridiculous ""professionalism"". I advise anyone looking for a BMW to call a locksmith and avoid this dealership at all costs. Also I have dealt with Nalley BMW on similar issues and they are wonderful. Seriously think twice about doing business with this dealership!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally, the key should have cost $270.83 and after their horrible mistakes they invoiced us $3,702.25... Yeah that is ridiculous!
