My wife and i planned on getting our windows replaced and when the sales man from Power home remodeling group came to our door, we figured why not get a quote. He said it would take 15 minutes if you knew what you wanted and an hour if you had a lot of questions. I use to sell windows so i knew what i was looking for and figured 15 or 20 minutes to get a quote wasn't bad. So the guy comes and measures every single window in my house after i told him a few times they were all the same size. Of course this was after a 20 minute presentation on the company. 3.5 HOURS later and he finally gave me a quote. Then he seemed confused when i was not ready to buy windows right then. ALl i wanted was a quote. He assumed i wanted to buy and just kept trying to get me to purchase windows right then. He was nice enough and the windows did seem like they were pretty good, but don't bother having them come unless you have time to waste or are ready right then to buy windows. Also the sales guy that came to our door said the quote was good FOREVER and when i got the quote it was only good for a year. They clearly do not talk and it was nothing but a huge waste of my time.
