So I was in need of some embroidering for a local event. I was short on time so I needed the embroidering done fast and correctly. I called and asked to see if it was possible to be ready in time they said yes. I brought the items in for embridering and the girl that was helping me said she was new and didn't really know how to take a order. That was fine. But it didn't seem like her other employees wanted to help her walk through the process. I spent 30 mins trying to get the order together. I even called back to make sure that they had the order correct. So I go to pick up the items and the lettering was on the wrong side. There is black markings on the items that were not there before. And all the girl could say was we can try to redue them. I needed the items ready now since I needed them for this weekend. I even paid the extra $25.00 rush for what them to mess up the project that they said they could do no problem. HORRIBLE!!!!!! I won't go back there again. If anyone asks DON""T WASTE YOUR MONEY TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE.
