Review content:
Although 2 past visits to Thai Pan were ok, my to go dinner the other night was awful. To make matter worse, when I called the store, the manager stated they make food to go differently than what they serve in the restaurant. The lettuce wraps were liquid- like and my curry ($10) was 80% carrots. All he did was make excuses for the color/ texture/ taste of my dinner. As a chef, I made it clear he couldn't pull a fast one on me, after which he quickly offered to fix it ""whatever will make you happy"". What makes me happy? Not coming back for a repeat visit. Lesson learned- if you must go, eat in house so the manager has no where to hide!
Pros: Ambiance, Cashier, parking
Cons: Food, Management
