Cadmus saved our Condo from highway robbers.
I am board of director for a high rise condo in Waikiki. I have been on the board since 2005. My condo was previously managed by Hawaii First Inc. who was slowly bleeding and in my opinion stealing from our reserves. After looking at the other large companies we decided to go with a smaller company to get more service. I am happy we did. In the first year Cadmus was able to save our association $120,000.00. Because of this we were able to lower our maintenance fees by 20%. Cadmus provided helpful solutions to lower our utility bills. Next year my condo is installing solar and photovoltaic system which is scheduled to save us even more.
I am happy we made the switch to Cadmus and appreciate the responsiveness of the property manager. I have found the staff to be much more friendly, knowledgeable and proactive than the other management companies I have worked with.
