Review content:
The front desk personnel are the rudiest people I have ever met. Most of the people you talk to over the phone can be at times. For the dr's talking about rude do not see Debra Shulte. She does not want to listen to any thing you have to say. I would not take my dog to her. And if you need to get test done. GOOD LUCK they have one person that sets that up and she is rude and nasty. You can never contact her about anything and she never explains anything...I have seen her twice and it was a nightmare. Where do they find these people?. There are alot of people out there looking for jobs. These people act like they hate their jobs and people. Most of the nurses are nice. I'm looking into to going to the Cold Spring office. I have been there for the after hour clinic. Very clean and nice, perfessional staff.
