Went to pick up the purse I left to be cleaned and polished. Two counter people went to get it, examined it with their backs to me in the back room. Came to the counter and I could see that the
purse looked the same as when I dropped it off. When I said so, the woman at counter denied it and challenged me refusing to even hand me my purse threatening me that I had to pay before I could touch it or get it back. When I called her on her unnecessary rudeness and my dissatisfaction with the job, the employee stated that she wasn't going to listen to anything I had to say and that they had been in business 63 years . I replied that I didn't care how many years they'd been in business this was not the way to treat customers and I was not satisfied, the woman said ""not the way to treat a b*tch?"" Needless to say it was the most shocking retail moment I have had. At this point I just wanted to pay and get out of there with my purse. After handing over my credit card I was threatened again, ""I have your phone number so don't try to cancel this transaction."" Bottom line: To get my purse back I was made to pay $27 for a job that looked undone and was verbally abused and threatened. I am more than dissatisfied. Notified the consumer agency when I got home who informed me the company currently has an ""F"" rating. I wish I'd known that before. Plan to warn everyone I know never to do business there.
