This was a very pleasant car buying experience. I worked with Roy throughout the day via phone and email. He was always prompt in getting back to me and answering any and all of my questions. Roy had the car pulled up right in the front when I was able to get to the dealership and ready to go for the test drive. The van was in great shape just how I was told over the phone. There was none of the ""let me go talk to the manager"". It was here is your payment this is your interest rate and here is the length. I also love the lifetime engine warranty. That is something I have never heard about from any other dealer. I will be seeing Roy again when it is time to buy a new car.
