Sorry for the delayed response to Karil's (no last name-- could she/he be a relative or close friend?) whitewash review. 1) Keiper STILL does not answer their phone on weekends or holidays -- perhaps KariL has a secret number? 2) yes, I certainly have an axe to grind: a) I was charged for parts not supplied by Keiper b) because I objected to this practice, Gloria Keiper refused to respond to a plumbing problem at my home, nor did she or Sam Keiper ever respond to my detailed e-note objecting to the practice of billing for a ""foreign"" part which I was required to purchase from another source. Bad communication is bad business. I am certainly not anti-plumber.. you can find very positve reviews from me for another local plumber--Knecht. They are responsive and effective.
