This has been my first experience with visiting a chiropractor regularly, and I am so glad I done it. I would consider myself a healthy person. My husband and I stay active and prefer to eat healthy as much as we can. I even have a pretty extensive background in exercise. However, I felt that I was having reoccurring neck aches, lack of energy, hormone imbalances, and issues getting ""baby weight"" off. I started seeing Dr. Demaris because I had heard him speak to a group before and was impressed with his knowledge of the body & nutrition, and how our health is affected by emotional and environmental factors. I have been pleased with my results. I feel healthier; I have lost almost 15 pounds and feel great about myself. Dr. Demaris has always taken the time to explain what is happening, address issues as we find them, and facilitates healing and progress. I truly believe that the services at Namaste Chiropractic can enhance your life, health and sense of self. They even are so nice and understanding when I need to bring my 1 year old with me to an appointment and he ""explores"" everything in the room he can get his hands on. Thanks again for all your help.
