Review content:
After researching similar facilities in the area my sisters-in-law felt this one would be good. My father-in-law was there to recover from hip surgery & wasn't supposed to walk without help. An alarm was supposed to sound if he got out of bed. It didn't. When he got up during the night no one ever knew, and his walker was across the room. Next, they had to re-insert a catheter. It was not emptied in the evening, so during the night it was useless and caused him pain. Then we found that his anti-anxiety meds weren't being dispensed at regular intervals which is a problem. As a result he was very confused, in pain, and frightened when the family had to leave each evening. We all felt that an advocate needed to be with him 24/7 to ensure his care and safety.
