Very disappointed by both quality of what was delivered and lack of courtesy when I contacted them about the substitution that they made to my order. This was a special gift for friends who had been through a very difficult time, and a tacky arrangement was sent instead of the azalea I had ordered. Rather than give me an earnest apology that I was disappointed they belligerently hid behind their policy of ""subsitution"" (I don't consider Gerbera daisies to be an appropriate substitution for an azalea) and stated clearly that they would do exactly the same thing again if given the same order. Will not deal with again.
