I purchased a pair of slippers for my father in law for Xmas. I went back to just exchange the size and they would not do so because I did not have my receipt. Now the 14 yr old salesperson was there and he was the one that sold me the slippers a few days before so he knew that I actually purchased the slippers at their establishment. I was able to locate my receipt and opted to return the slippers and bring my business elsewhere..they do not accept returns. For the way the economy is these days you would think that they treat the few customers that they do get with some respect. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this establishment on leather jackets, boots, gloves etc. as well as many of my biker friends. I will not return to this establishment and I suggest that if you do, BUYER BEWARE
