Review content:
We had used them before and they were great. So, we called them back again. This time the service was not as expected. Communication was poor, follow through unacceptable, left a mess in our deck/yard that we had to clean up and had to come back to complete work that we were told three times would be done earlier. Unfortunate because we really liked them before this experience.
