Review content:
We had been looking for just the right Karastan oriental rug for our library. We knew the look we wanted, but could not find a knowledgeable dealer who could help us with our purchase.
We found G Fried by accident (good luck really) via the internet, and Andy Levine at G Fried knows his products. He was helpful, but never pushy. Our conversations were by telephone. (We live in a small city in northwestern PA.) We'd seen the carpet at the Karastan website, but Andy's description brought it to life. And then came the best news of all -- the very best price to be found anywhere, free shipping, and no sales tax since we do not live in NJ.
The carpet arrived in less than a week, and it is more splendid than we could ever have imagined.
We love oriental rugs, and with all future purchases we shall most certainly contact Andy at G Fried first.
Then, get this: within a week after the rug was delivered, we received a personally written thank you note from Andy. I didn't think any store engaged in these delightful sorts of ""extras"" anymore.
G Fried in Paramus. . .I've never seen the store or met any of their staff. . .but oh how I wish they'd open a branch in northwestern PA!
