Review content:
We had dinner here on a Thursday night. Staff was seemed friendly. The menus were somewhat sticky and dirty. We ordered two different kinds of main entree salads. It took about 45 minutes to get the salads with the establishment around 35% capacity. The salads were average. No rolls were served. Finally the waitress brought the charge slip, but without a pen. The theme of the restaurant is nice, but management needs to seriously consider training the staff in both details and efficiency, especially with some serious competition from Applebees right next door who has outstanding service. I'd give them another chance, but not if I was really hungry.
Pros: Easy to get a table quickly.
Cons: Slow service with average quality.
