Review content:
We had held a managers meeting there once and i had nothing but praise . Everything was great the food ,the service and the the restuarant itself was immaculate.But that had to have been 3-4 years ago ,what a diffrence a little time makes. After calling once and the phone ringing i know aleast 20 times before i hung up, i tried again,this time it was answered promptly my order taken professionally. It was a to go order that we picked up rather quickly. My wife got the catfish dinner ,fish was under cooked,she otherwise was happy.I on the other hand ordered a fried oyster dinner,it was horrible. Not enough of the undercooked oysters,that were cold as well as doughy,the fries were soggy and wheres the cheese in the macaroni and cheese. Not quite what i had in mind from gerst house that i thought i knew.Maybe if i wait 3-4 more years they 'll get it right again
