I used Service King after some bad storms in April damaged the entire drivers side of my Flex. I was told it would take 2 weeks to fix my vehicle. They ended up having it almost 3 weeks and there were numerous things wrong. One of the new panels had scratches on it, the strip of chrome under one of the windows was crooked, there were paint bubbles on the roof, they damaged the sides of my front bumper taking it off, the front window jumps when rolled down, they scratched the passenger side of the vehicle, black stains on the seats inside and a very nasty tar smell. I understand there was a lot of work done to my car and they did fix most of them afterwards, but the workmanship was not up to the standards I was expecting for such a reputable company. I will not use this company again in the future.
