This was horrible. It wasn't even my car, but his experience angered me so much I had to write a complaint. It was taken in for hail damage and when it came back: the bumper was cro0ked, the ceiling lining was torn (it looked like they just stitched it back horribly like no one would notice), the lining inside wasn't even stuffed back in correctly (lazy half a$$ job), BROKE a clip on the brand new grill, and scuffed it. When it was taken back to be fixed they inconvenienced him and told him the guy fixing it was on vacation and he had to bring it back next week. OK, Not just ONE guy fixed this car. Yeah, right. THEN they denied that they removed the grill, which is SUCH A LIE! There is no way they fixed/replaced the bumper cro0ked without taking off the grill. Believe me, I will let EVERYONE know not to go to Service King. Especially the one in Plano on Plano PKWY
