I've been going here for quite some time after I read all the great reviews. I love thai food and I agree that the food is good, why else would I drive 1/2 hour each way to pick up food. The other night though, after picking up the food and getting home, I found hair in my food and was totally grossed out and of course disappointed, so i called up the place and hoping they would rectify the situation by refunding us because we could not drive 1/2 hours to get a new order but the Brother refuses and was very unprofessional on the phone. This was the second and last strike. The other time was when we tried to call in our order but the phone line was busy so we had to drive 1/2 there and wait another 1/2 for our food. Another person came in and told them that there phone must be off the hook, but the Brother said, yes I know, I took it off the hook on purpose. If they are too busy, they should let the customers know so they can plan accordingly instead of having them come in and wait. His actions were very inconsiderate to their ""loyal"" customers. Pros: Good food, if it comes out ok Cons: Poor business practices/customer satisfaction, slow service
