One the challenges of any franchise is how to maintain a consistant level of excellence, while creating a certain degree of individuality for each store that reflects the culture of the community in which the store is located.
The Savage, MN Starbucks has done just that. As a gold card carrying Starbuck devotee, I have had Starbucks all over the US and in several foreign countries and our little Savage Starbucks can compete with the best.
Jodi, the store manager, is the classic Minnesotan, friendly, professional and remembers my name and drink each time I visit the store. The staff or ""partners"" follow suit as if they were all raised in the same house:)! The store is compulsive obsessive clean and my drinks are consistently excellent. I must say this group has it down!
