The service started at the athens location where they told me I needed to spend $300.00 on aftermarket parts to fix a warranty part. After a month in the shop I got my 2007 CBR1000rr back, I noticed they had put over 50 miles on it, the oil was over filled, the rear tire was destroyed, I was missing parts, parts were broken, and the Stator and regulator were installed incorrectly.
I took the bike to the Ennis location to have them fix what the Athens location screwed up. Dave was very helpful but that's where it ends. After another month in the shop I picked up the bike only to have it break down 8.2 miles later. Carl the owner will not return my calls, they would not come pick up the bike to fix it properly, and they will not refund me the money spent on aftermarket parts that were not the problem and certainly did not fix the problem.
I would not recommend Action Powersports to anyone, They are by far the worst dealership i have ever dealt with. They won't stand behind there work and do not care about your safety.
Now I have a bike that is broken sitting in the back of a pickup truck in worse condition then when I took it in.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ACTION POWERSPORTS
