I have lived here for almost two years. The staff has gone above and beyond for me and my roommates.Sure its not perfect but a great value for the money. There are almost 300 apts here and it seems as if all of us have 2 or more cars per apt. so parking can be tough at times. My neighbors have 4 cars.I have been in the laundry rooms and see how residents throw stuff all over.From what I see this place is 3/4 military and they treat us in the military great. I am on RPP which they accept and my rent is deducted half from each paycheck and I did not have to pay a security deposit. The pool service people are here 3 days a week.I know this because I live next to the pool. They have redone the parking lot and I had friends who were on deployment and they made arrangements to have their cars moved at Lakeviews expense during the work being done. You can not pay rent of 625.00 and expect it to be like Trump Towers. I do and will continue to refer my friends here, which by the way if you live here and refer someone and they move in you get a check for 100.00. I have received 300.00 so far.I am happy here at Lakeview.
