Sydney told us upfront that she would not compromise on the quality of candidates presented for our needs. She made it clear that finding the right candidate could take some time.So if we did not have the amount of quality time to devote to finding the right nanny for our children,then she could not help us. We so appreciated her intergrity.Before we decided to use Isabella Domestic Agency we really had to make sure that we were commited to a quality search. We made that commitment and we are so glad we did.
