Wow, I'm pretty surprised to see such a variety of reviews here about asb management because i've never had any problems with them. I used to live in one of their properties in East Orange for years, but I got a new job in manhattan so I actually went to live in one of their properties there. I've always paid my rent on time when i was living in east orange, and I was happy with the building. Since the city itself has been going through a lot of changes I was happy to live somewhere I was proud of.
Now that I live in NYC, I am even happier with the service! I was looking around online for a new place when I realized that this office has some property there as well. I called the office and the ladies there helped me out so much. I had a great meeting with avi and they approved me and my girlfriend to live in an amazing apartment with new appliances.
I had an issue a while ago when I was living in east orage and I called the owners of the building and they helped me right away. There was no fuss, no fees, only help. it was so great because that weekend my parents were coming to visit and I wanted the place to look great- and the super of the building made sure everything was taken care of before they arrived.
All in all, an ""A"" for asbmanagement.
